Job Title: SEO Specialist for Healthcare / NDIS Website (Initial Setup + Ongoing Option)

About the Business:

Motion Care is a mobile Exercise Physiology and NDIS provider based in Sydney. We provide in-home Exercise Physiology to help participants improve strength, balance, and independence.

We’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist to set up and optimise our website (motioncare.com.au) for Google visibility and local search ranking.

Project Scope

We’d like to start with an initial SEO setup package, which includes:
• Full SEO audit (technical + content)
• Keyword research for our niche (e.g. “NDIS Exercise Physiology Sydney”, “Mobile Exercise Physiologist”, “NDIS Rehab Sydney”)
• On-page optimisation (meta titles, headings, alt tags, schema, etc.)
• Google Business optimisation and linking
• Setup of analytics and performance tracking
• Competitor analysis and suggestions for improvement

After the setup, we’d consider monthly SEO maintenance or content creation depending on performance and budget.
