SEO Expert for Two YouTube Channels

YouTube SEO Manager for 2 Channels (Shorts + Long Videos)
We are looking for an experienced **YouTube SEO Manager** to manage and optimize 2 of our channels:

1. **ArunRajTrader Shorts** – focused on stock market & trading Shorts (approx. 20 uploads per month).
2. **Top MoneyMastery Academy** – focused on long-format educational videos (approx. 4 per month).

The role involves:

* Keyword research & applying best SEO practices.
* Writing engaging **titles, descriptions & tags** for each video.
* Ensuring proper **video optimization** for discoverability.
* Suggesting & guiding on **high CTR thumbnails** (AI tools can be used – no issue).
* Sharing/upload optimization & ensuring growth strategy.

**What We Expect:**

* Proven experience in **YouTube SEO & growth strategies**.
* Ability to craft **engaging, clickable titles** without being clickbait.
* Strong understanding of **YouTube algorithm & 2025 SEO practices**.
* Creative mindset for maximizing reach & engagement.
* Regular communication and progress updates.

**Workload:**

* \~20 Shorts per month.
* \~4 Long videos per month.

Deliverables:
SEO-optimized title, description, tags for each video.
Thumbnail guidance or creation support.
Recommendations for increasing organic reach & audience retention.
