Deliverables are considered complete when:

2. Target keywords are ranking upward and on-page elements (titles, meta, schema, internal links) have been refined.
3. I receive the first backlink report within seven days of kick-off and weekly thereafter, each containing 50 live links that pass manual inspection for relevance and quality.
