SEO Expert Needed to Rank Website on Google First Page (Keyword Optimization + Backlinks)

I am looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help improve the search engine ranking of my website and bring it to the first page of Google for targeted keywords.

Project Scope:

* Complete SEO audit of the website
* Keyword research (high-volume + low-competition keywords)
* On-page SEO optimization (meta tags, headings, content improvements, internal linking)
* Technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing issues, etc.)
* High-quality backlink building (white-hat only)
* Competitor analysis
* Local SEO (if applicable)
* Monthly reporting and progress tracking

Goals:
