Key responsibilities:
- Highlighting relevant experience and skills: You should be able to extract and emphasize the pertinent skills and experience of our clients.
- Customizing the content for specific job roles: The ability to understand job descriptions and customize the content of the resumes and cover letters according to the roles is key.
- Optimizing keywords for applicant tracking systems (ATS): Ensuring that the resumes have the right keywords to pass through the ATS is crucial.
Your writing skills in MS Word will be essential as the preferred format for the final documents is Word document (.docx). This is a remote position; so, being able to collaborate effectively, gather information from clients, and work autonomously is a must.
Ideal skills and experience:
