Our goal is simple: turn our website into a steady source of inbound enquiries through organic search. I need an SEO consultant who can take full ownership of keyword research, on-page optimisation and off-page optimisation, then translate that work into measurable lead growth.

Where we stand
– I have a functioning site but no coherent SEO roadmap.
– The on-page and off-page elements that deserve priority are open for discussion; I will rely on your expertise to determine which meta tags, content blocks, internal links or authority-building tactics will move the needle fastest.

What I expect from you
1. A clear audit highlighting quick wins and structural issues (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexation).
2. Data-driven keyword research mapped to the buyer journey, delivered with search intent and difficulty metrics.
3. An on-page action plan covering page titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, content rewrites and internal linking where needed.
4. An off-page growth strategy that balances backlink building, digital PR, guest posting or social signals—whatever you decide is most valuable.
5. Implementation guidance (or hands-on execution if within your remit) plus a reporting framework via Google Analytics, Search Console and a rank-tracking tool such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
6. KPI benchmarks for traffic, keyword positions and, most importantly, qualified lead volume so we can prove ROI.

Acceptance criteria
The engagement is complete when agreed target keywords rank on page one for at least 60 days and monthly inbound leads have risen by a mutually defined percentage.
