I am looking for an **India-based SEO executive / junior SEO professional** for **monthly SEO work** on a service-based website. This is **not a one-time SEO package** — I am looking for someone who can work consistently and ethically on a monthly basis.

### Scope of Work:

**On-Page SEO**

* Keyword research (relevant & business-focused)
* Optimizing title tags, meta descriptions & headings
* Improving internal linking
* Content optimization suggestions
* Image alt tags & basic on-page fixes

**Off-Page SEO (Quality-Focused)**

* Manual backlink building only
* Business listings / citations
* Profile links (non-spam)
* Blog & article submissions
* Website blog promotion
* Social bookmarking (limited & relevant)

No automated links, spam, PBNs, or bulk backlink packages.

**Tools Preferred:**

* Google Search Console
* Google Keyword Planner
* SEMrush / Ahrefs (basic knowledge is enough)

### First 30 Days Plan:

* Website audit (on-page + basic technical)
* Keyword research & mapping
* On-page optimization
* Google Search Console setup & monitoring
* Initial off-page foundation

### Budget:

* ₹4,000/month for the **first 3 months (paid trial)**
* After trial: ₹5,000/month based on performance

### Requirements:

* Honest and ethical SEO approach
* Clear weekly or monthly work updates
* No ranking guarantees
* Open to long-term collaboration
