We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist/team for a KPI-based SEO campaign for a hardware/tools website

KPI Requirements

* Primary KPI:

Minimum 12 keywords on Google 1st page within 6 months

* Maintenance KPI:

Minimum 10 keywords should remain on the 1st page after KPI achievement

Reporting Requirements:

1. Monthly keyword ranking report (sample format will be provided)
2. Quarterly professional client report including:

* SEO improvements
* Progress updates
* Performance summary

Payment Terms:

* KPI-based payment structure
* 20% after first month report
* 60% after KPI achievement
* 20% after KPI stability monitoring

Requirements:

* Proven SEO experience
* Experience handling international SEO campaigns
* Proper communication and timely reporting
* Professional reporting without grammar mistakes
* Ability to suggest realistic keyword strategies
