I’m looking for a hands-on SEO professional (no agencies, please) to lift my service-based website higher in Google and drive more qualified traffic. The site is built around detailed service descriptions, so I need someone who understands how to turn those pages into search magnets without compromising clarity for visitors.
Your focus will be entirely on Google: keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical fixes, and the kind of clean, authoritative link building that moves the needle. I already have Search Console and Analytics connected, so you’ll have the data you need from day one.
Key deliverables
• An initial site audit outlining quick wins and longer-term opportunities
• A keyword map aligned to each core service page
• On-page optimisations implemented (titles, meta, internal links, schema where applicable)
• A three-month backlink and content promotion plan, prioritising quality over volume
• Progress report after the first month showing traffic and ranking movement
