GMB Profiles Top-3 Ranking Strategy

(This project will be assist on monthly basis and will only release payment using improvement report from Google console before and after every 30 days )

We operate three Google Business Profiles across separate Ontario cities for the same company and they are already 80–90 % complete with strong photos, solid review counts, and regular activity. Right now my team keeps the pages fresh by posting promotional offers, customer testimonials, and company news, plus we stay on top of review responses. Even so, the listings hover just outside the coveted local “3-Pack.”
We need an experienced GMB specialist who has previously lifted multi-location businesses into those top three map results and can show me a repeatable process—not just the basics. Advanced keyword tuning, location-based authority building, citation work, profile signals, or any other tactical edge you’ve mastered are welcome, but the plan must be clear, measurable, and sustainable for all three cities.
