Full-Time End-to-End SEO Optimization

I’m looking for a hands-on SEO specialist with at least three years of solid experience who can work with me full-time. My primary objective is to boost search-engine rankings across Google, Bing, and Yahoo, so I need support on all three fronts of SEO at once—on-page, off-page, and technical.

Here’s what I expect from our collaboration:
• On-Page SEO: Audit core pages, refine meta titles and descriptions, adjust headers, and suggest keyword placements that respect current content tone.
• Off-Page SEO: Identify quick-win backlink opportunities, draft an outreach plan, and track new links in an easily shareable sheet.
• Technical SEO: Run a health check (crawl errors, sitemap, robots.txt, core web vitals) and outline priority fixes so my developer can address them efficiently.

To keep things structured, start with an actionable one-page roadmap covering the first month—tasks, timelines, and simple success metrics. A brief weekly report highlighting changes and ranking movement will help us iterate quickly without overcomplicating the process.
