Experienced SEO Specialist for Court Reporting Firm

Job ID: 40261988

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

We are a Massachusetts-certified court reporting firm looking for an experienced SEO specialist to optimize our website (advancedcourt.com) and improve our visibility among attorneys, law firms, and government agencies. Our focus is on increasing qualified local traffic within Massachusetts and generating deposition and hearing-related inquiries.

We are not looking for basic plugin installation or surface-level SEO. We want a strategic, well-structured approach with clear recommendations and measurable goals.

The project should begin with a full technical and on-page SEO audit, including site speed, indexing, crawl issues, mobile optimization, meta titles and descriptions, header structure, URL structure, and internal linking. We would also like a competitor analysis focused on other Massachusetts court reporting firms.

We need detailed keyword research with a strong Massachusetts focus. This should include primary keywords such as “court reporter Massachusetts,” secondary keywords related to depositions, hearings, and realtime reporting, as well as long-tail keyword opportunities. We would like search volume and competition data along with keyword mapping recommendations for each page.

Our website pages should then be optimized for services including deposition reporting, hearing coverage, realtime court reporting, remote depositions, legal videography, and expedited transcripts. This includes rewriting or refining page titles, meta descriptions, header structure, keyword integration, and strengthening internal linking.

Local SEO is important to us. We would like recommendations for improving our Google Business Profile presence, ensuring NAP consistency, implementing local schema markup, and developing a citation strategy. If appropriate, we are open to creating Massachusetts-specific landing pages.

We also want technical recommendations such as structured data implementation, sitemap and robots.txt review, page speed improvements, image optimization, and overall mobile performance improvements.

Finally, we would appreciate guidance on content strategy, including potential service page expansion, blog topic ideas targeting attorneys, FAQ schema implementation, and opportunities to strengthen our authority within the Massachusetts legal market.

We are not interested in black-hat tactics, spam backlinks, or guaranteed ranking promises. We are looking for sustainable, professional SEO appropriate for a litigation support and professional services company.

Please share examples of similar projects, particularly within legal or professional services, and explain your approach to reporting and measurable results. We would like clear deliverables and a 90-day roadmap.
