We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to take over and significantly improve the organic performance of the following websites:

We have been actively investing in SEO for 8 months without meaningful ranking improvements. Therefore, only senior-level SEO professionals with proven results should apply.
Scope of Work
1. On-Page SEO
Comprehensive SEO audit before project start (mandatory)
Keyword research and keyword-to-URL mapping
Optimization of existing content (not only new content creation)
Internal linking strategy
Technical SEO (indexation, crawlability, Core Web Vitals)
Geo-SEO for Germany (.de) and Austria (.at)
2. Off-Page SEO / Link Building
Strict quality standards apply.
Allowed:
Editorial backlinks only
Real websites with verifiable organic traffic
Guest articles on relevant, niche-related websites
Not allowed:
Link packages
PBNs
Web 2.0 links
Spam links
Expired domains
Automated link building
Minimum expectations:
Backlinks from websites with DA/DR 30+ AND real organic traffic
Clear topical relevance (real estate, SaaS, property management, finance, legal, business)
Natural anchor text distribution
All links must remain live for at least 12 months
Expected volume (quality-focused):
Up to 200 backlinks over time (not artificially accelerated)
At least 10 high-quality guest articles
Each backlink must be approved before publication
Tracking & Reporting (Mandatory)
All performance tracking must be done using SEMrush or Ahrefs only.
Requirements:
Separate tracking for Germany and Austria
Keyword tracking for a minimum of 30 relevant keywords
Weekly keyword ranking updates
Monthly reports including:
Ranking development
Organic visibility
Backlinks acquired (URL, DR/DA, traffic, anchor text, index status)
On-page and technical changes performed
Access to shared projects or verifiable screenshots is required.
Goals & Performance Expectations
Clear improvement in organic visibility and keyword rankings
Target: Achieve Top-20 rankings for a defined set of relevant keywords within a reasonable timeframe, depending on competition and domain status
No guaranteed rankings accepted without data-backed justification
If no measurable progress is visible after 6–8 weeks, we reserve the right to terminate the cooperation.

How you handle Google Helpful Content updates
Three real backlinks you have built recently (URL + metrics)
