My Google Business profile is active but not bringing in the local traffic I know it can. I want to raise its visibility in the map-pack and nearby searches, and I’m ready for an SEO specialist who understands the nuances of Google Business Profiles (formerly GMB).
The immediate focus is three-fold:
• Optimise every field—titles, categories, descriptions, services, posts—with the right local keywords. I don’t have a final keyword set yet, so thorough research and validation will be part of the job.
• Build or clean up citations and secure relevant, location-based backlinks that reinforce the profile’s authority.
• Bring the profile to 100 % completeness, including up-to-date photos, attributes, and any missing business information.
I’ll provide current login access, basic business details, and performance snapshots from Search Console and Insights. You’ll supply:
• A concise audit that pinpoints on-page and off-page gaps.
• A keyword research report with search volume and intent notes, plus the final keywords you’ll implement.
• Implemented changes live in the profile and a log of every optimisation step taken.
• A citation/backlink list showing each placement URL.
• A short walkthrough or Loom video summarising results and next actions I can continue on my own.
Success is measured by improved rankings for the agreed keywords in the Local Pack within 4–6 weeks and a noticeable uptick in profile views and direction requests.
