Here’s the landscape you’ll step into. Some properties are mature but plateauing; others are brand-new with no footprint. You’ll audit each site, prioritise fixes and opportunities, then execute—or delegate to my dev and editorial teams—while owning the SEO roadmap end to end. Clean crawling and indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, SERP-oriented copy tweaks, authoritative content hubs, and white-hat link acquisition should all come naturally to you.
To keep us aligned, I’m looking for:

• A keyword universe and clustering sheet for every niche we enter
• A content calendar that builds topical depth and maps to user intent
• A quality-first backlink pipeline with outreach templates and target lists
