Amazon Specialist in Product Research, Listing Optimization, PPC management (Full Time)

We are hiring a full-time team member with 6 hours of working hours per day. The main job duty as below.
Product Research
 Responsible in search, analyze, and evaluate suppliers and their product categories/product range, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets as well as budget;
 Analyze competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behavior, associated risks, and overall business environment (such as pandemic) in determining the product potential
 Analyze profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends as well as pricing strategy, using various tools such as Keepa
 Track and analyze trends on products consumption; and
Listing Optimization
 Research for the top relevant keywords through competitor and PPC analysis to create, testing, monitoring, and continually optimizing the product pages to drive sales and traffic
 Optimize listings across online selling platforms (e.g Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.) - perform ongoing keyword optimization and competitor analysis

PPC Campaign Management
 Ability to create Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, in addition to understanding Bid Management and understanding key metrics such as Sessions, Conversions, CTR
 Develop strategies to drive traffic to product pages and improve organic ranking, ads ranking, conversion
Store Management
 Produce weekly and monthly report to monitor the performance of PPC Campaigns, Sales,
 Assist in Customer Service and Order Management, including return and refund request
 Liaise with Manager, escalating and following up cases,
 Resolving listing and account issues,
 Propose in deals & promotions opportunities
 Maintain and update product information for all marketplaces in Amazon, Shopify and other marketplaces
 Stay up-to-date with Amazon listing policies, guidelines and terms of service, identify possible violations and prepare action plans with the Manager
 Knowledge of the full Add a Product process (both UPC matching and brand new listing creation), Inventory Flat File Uploads, Inventory Reports, creation of variation listings with Parent and Child relationships
 Extensive knowledge of Amazon's listing requirements and errors and how to correct them (Suppressed listings, incomplete listings, pricing errors, trademark issues, brand authorizations, etc)
 The ability to troubleshoot issues that arise, and communicate with Amazon Seller Support to find solutions as needed to ensure all products are listed correctly
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop aggressive marketing strategies including pricing, sponsored ads, daily deals, and promotions
