NG911 Presentation: PowerPoint Design and Collaboration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project: NG911 Conference Presentation – PowerPoint Designer (Asia-Pacific Time Zone Collaboration)
Objective:
I am preparing a technical presentation for the BICSI Southeast Asia / IECEP Conference (Oct 7–8, 2025, Manila, Philippines) titled:
“Design Cloud Based PSAP Infrastructure for NG911: Lessons + Opportunities for the Philippines.”
Timeline:
First draft of ~20–25 slides must be completed by Tuesday, Sept 2, 2025.
Designer must be immediately available to begin work and collaborate in Asia-Pacific time zones (Guam/Manila).
Deck will be further refined after Sept 2, but the submission draft must be polished and professional.
Materials Provided:
Official PPT template (colors, fonts, layout).
Draft slide content (text + notes).
Placeholder diagrams (NG911 call flow, resiliency pyramid, rollout plan, partnership ecosystem).
Example visuals for inspiration.
What I Need:
Immediate start with close collaboration.
Designer must be available for real-time communication (chat/calls/Zoom/Meet) during Guam/Manila working hours.
Translate draft content into professional slides with strong visuals.
Build custom infographics and diagrams (flowcharts, maps, pyramids, ecosystems).
Deliver an editable PPTX file.
Collaboration Style:
Frequent check-ins and feedback sessions via calls or screen-share.
Must work in my time zone (Asia-Pacific) to allow rapid review and iteration.
Flexible and open to adjustments as slides evolve.
I will be able to provide some pictures and graphics to work from. But they will need some polishing.
Preferred Skills:
Strong PowerPoint/Keynote design experience.
Ability to work fast under a deadline.
Background with technical/ICT content a plus.
Knowledge of the Philippines is a plus.
Infographic and diagram creation expertise.
Deliverables:
~20–25 finished slides by Sept 2 (for submission).
Final refinements after submission in collaboration.
