Bilingual Presentation Design

I need a creative and colorful redesign for my bilingual (Arabic, English) presentation. The content is already set and should not be changed.

Requirements:
- 15 slides, each with two languages
- Modern, clean, or corporate styles are not preferred; must be creative and colorful
- Incorporate vibrant color schemes and backgrounds
- Add simple transitions between slides

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in designing bilingual presentations
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Ability to create engaging, colorful designs
- Familiarity with simple animations and transitions
