show me how to setup google colab to run tests

I saw this article, https://towardsdatascience.com/improving-the-performance-of-resnet50-graffiti-image-classifier-with-hyperparameter-tuning-in-keras-dbb59f43c6f7 , in which the author cleverly tests various parameters of her resnet model. I have a similar need and want to be able to easily iterate through different training parameters to see how the parameters affect my results. I need help setting up a system to do this.

You will need to know about keras, python, image processing, machine learning in order to help me.

If you already know how to do this, it should be really easy to help me get set up.
