Success Rate prediction of a Clinical trial

Need to implement random forest , SVM any other related algorithms and compare the results on the dataset. And need to explain which algorithm works best in predicting the clinical trial success.
Login and signup pages should be created.
Two users should be created - admin and another one normal user.
Admin should have option to update the dataset.
