Polish–Kazakh/Russian Expo Interpreters

I will be showcasing my products at the Central Asia Beauty Expo in Kazakhstan from 28 to 30 May 2026 and need reliable language support for the entire three-day event. Throughout the fair I will conduct live product demos, hold B2B meetings and network with distributors, so smooth, natural communication is critical.

Your role
You will provide consecutive interpreting between Polish and Russian as well as Polish and Kazakh, switching fluently in both directions whenever required. The assignment covers the full opening hours of the expo each day, including occasional business lunches or evening networking sessions that may arise on-site.

Deliverables
• On-site consecutive interpreting 28, 29 and 30 May 2026
• Clear, accurate rendition of conversations at my stand, scheduled meetings and any ad-hoc negotiations
• Professional appearance and punctual arrival before doors open each morning

What will help you succeed
Experience at trade fairs or within the beauty & cosmetics sector is a strong plus, as is confidence handling technical product vocabulary. If you specialise in only one of the two language pairs, please still let me know—there is a possibility of engaging two interpreters who can work as a team.
