Looking for experienced person in creating sales copy and email sequences using Kajabi

Note in the title that i started with sales copy, rather than Kajabi itself?!
Yes, I do need someone who is very comfortable working with Kajabi; however there are going to be lots of people who know the technical aspects of Kajabi.
I am far more interested in speaking with people who know how to create great sales copy inside of Kajabi - bridge page, sales page, upsells, checkout page, thank you page etc.
From time to time i will have specific requirements, but occasionally i will want to provide someone with a few key points and have them suggest to me the best way to present it.
I want someone where i can just say, "hey we need a separate email sequence for those who watch the free masterclass but don't leave their email address to learn more about the paid course. Here's the few emails i've written, can you go off and make that happen".
Or "I've made the attached recording - can you please turn it into an on-demand webinar replay and add it to...(insert whatever page might be relevant)".
In short, I know the journey that i want potential clients to take, and i want to be able to explain that to someone and have them make it come alive inside Kajabi.
Its an added bonus if you're able to do design work. As you'd appreciate, a lot of the content on sales pages is showing images of course bundles and things of that nature.
Its not a deal breaker, as i know one person can't be a master of everyhting, but if you do have these skills, i'd be keen to know.
Must also be ok with sporadic work. Might be quite a few hours per week for the first week or two, and then it will likely taper off to occasional tweks and adjustments.

P.S If serious about making a response that stands out, I'd love it if you answered the following:
1. Tell me a bit about your overall experience with Kajabi. If there is a sales page sequence you've worked on and you's like me to see it, feel free to send me a link to it.
2. Can Kajabi handle conditional email sequences? Eg if customer does this, then send them to this sequence; but if they do that, send them instead to this other sequence?
3. What are one or two common mistakes you see people make with their sales pages / funnels / Kajabi setups?
4. How would you describe your design ability? Do you have your own Canva account that you're happy to use?
5. Can you work with a detail-person? (If there's a gap b/w a heading and body thats one line more than other gaps b/w headings and body, I'll notice. If there's a full stop at the end of one heading, but not a full stop at the end of another, I'll notice). I'm self aware enough to know this can be irritating for a lot of freelancers, hence i raise it now :-).
6. What would you charge per hour? (Please don't say it up to me - i want a quote).
