We’re looking for a mission-aligned Instructional Designer to co-create and launch a cutting-edge certification program. If you have a passion for ethical innovation in HR and a track record of building CPD-worthy online learning experiences—this is your brief.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and structure engaging, CPD-ready modules based on our four-pillar framework
- Translate 32 skill areas into dynamic lessons using best practice in adult learning and accessibility
- Build and publish courses directly in Kajabi—lessons, quizzes, downloads, and learner pathways
- Collaborate on assessment strategy, digital badging, and CPD documentation
- Pilot the “Founding Cohort” launch experience and contribute to feedback loops and community engagement
Must-Have Experience
- Proven experience creating CPD-accredited or professional certification programs
- Proficient in Kajabi (or similar platforms) with a strong portfolio of live courses
- Skilled in learning design for DEI, HR, or tech topics (bonus: AI ethics)
- Collaborative, responsive, and energized by building things from scratch
