Install Juniper VMX on Proxmox

The candidate must have demonstrable experience managing Juniper routers and Proxmox virtualization environments.
We need the implementation of a Juniper VMX service that is 100% functional for a production environment.
The installation must be performed on the Proxmox VE virtualization environment.
On our side, we will provide a server with dual Intel E5 v3 CPUs and Proxmox v7 installed. This server has a default RJ45 interface on the motherboard for the Proxmox bridge and an additional network card with 4 x SFP+ to add to the Juniper as PCI-passthrought (IOMMU will be active in Proxmox).
We also have the package: vmx-bundle-19.3R3-S5.3.tgz
(We don't know if we need to buy any license)
