Help with Operational Research - Sample Average Approximation in Julia

I need help to input a Sample Average Approximation (SAA) using a Uniform distribution on my project, that involves a Portfolio Optimization of a Renewable Company.

I have the whole project ready, but i still have to add this methodology to my work in Julia Programing (using JuMP package).
