In the blank space we need to create a dashboard containing
• The word dashboard
• A bar-chart over a SQL query
• A set of five KPI . over a SQL query, in boxes or stickers
The New Options “ Emitir “ “ Clientes” “Informes”
Will require the interaction with a Java Programmer, for an easy modification to the code, and to create table views like they appear at “Mis Facturas”.
At this point what we can do is, check if you have access to a Java programmer and I will tell him what to do, or we split the work, and after a programmer has done its magic, we’ll be back at this point just to “revamp” the style of the forms.
The New Side Bar (ignore Impuestos, be aware that emission por QR is Mi Código QR)
The New Home Page (Side Bar + Dash board)
SIDE-MENU -or GREY FRAME
• Mi Perfil
• “AFIP – Quiero usar Factura” rename to “Configurar AFIP” and change position3rd to 1st
• Datos Personales
Cuenta de Usuario box goes below Datos Personales box
• Datos Comerciales
Second box “Datos Comerciales” rename to “Punto de Venta – Ingresos Brutos”
Kill Nombre de Fantasia
Kill Concepto, but moving it to Formato de Factura (point D)
Lower and to the left: Condición de Venta (all three, 1 below the other)
• Formato de Factura
From Two to now Five Boxes
• Logo Select , add a tittle to that 1st box
• Datos Adicionales renamed to “Datos del Encabezado”
• New Box “Formato del detalle”
Could be a check-box between this 3 options
Servicios (en general)
Servicios de salud – factura para reintegro
Productos en general
(This Will impact the user profile DB)
• Here you place “Concepto” killed in point C, box name “Concepto”
• New Box “Notificaciones”
(text box with red erasures in next point)
• QR (current 5th link) moved out to main,
as described in point 1)
New: “Mi Código QR”
Simply show the two QRs
The “Email” box must be moved to “Formato de Factura” (2.D) within a box named “Notificaciones”
• The Icon “Toggle Navigation” bar, at top-left corner ….
I don’t know, can we re shape it to be more intuitive? Can we change the icon to a smaller Icon when the bar is opened and bigger icon when is closed?
Some way in which the user might think “where are my options?” “I want to go to ‘Mis Facturas’ where is it?”
Something more natural….
Same also goes to the Oval for the logo-picture. Ugly, old…
