Ship reservation system

I'm looking to hire a skilled freelancer to develop a web-based ship reservation system for my business. The system will require customers to login in order to access and book their trip. Additionally, the system must be able to interface with existing systems in order to process payments, reservations and other related activities. The web-based application should be structured, secure and easy to use for customers. Experience with such systems, as well as PHP and JavaScript, is required.
