N8N Workflow Expert – Chat Flow Configuration & API Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced N8N automation expert to configure and optimize a chat flow for our AI-powered customer service system. The previous setup was partially implemented but is not fully functional, and we need an expert to troubleshoot, refine, and complete the integration.
Project Overview:
Our system leverages N8N, OpenAI (GPT), Google Docs, Supabase, Zoho Inventory, and WhatsApp Business API to create an automated customer support workflow.
The key focus is to:
Configure and optimize the chat flow for an AI-powered agent.
Ensure seamless integration and correct data routing between nodes.
Fix issues with API calls, webhooks, and JSON data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the existing N8N workflow and identify why certain solutions are failing.
Set up and refine switch nodes, if conditions, and API integrations (Google Docs, OpenAI, Zoho, Supabase, and WhatsApp Business API).
Fix JSON path issues (e.g., ensuring correct data extraction like json.body.entry[0].changes[0].value.messages).
Implement structured chat flow logic so the AI agent can correctly interact with users and escalate issues to a human agent when necessary.
Enable multimedia handling (images, videos, PDFs) for customer interactions.
Integrate appointment scheduling within the workflow using Google Calendar.
Test and optimize the workflow to ensure reliability and scalability.
Requirements:
Proven experience with N8N workflow automation.
Expertise in JSON, API integrations, and webhook configurations.
Strong understanding of AI-powered chat flows and structured logic for automated conversations.
Familiarity with services like Google Docs API, OpenAI (GPT), Zoho Inventory, Supabase, and WhatsApp Business API.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear documentation.
