AI WhatsApp Developer for Master Agent Project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Description:
We are Smart Space Solutions, a technology-driven interior design company based in El Salvador. We specialize in PDLC smart film and smart glass installations for residential and commercial spaces.
We are looking for an experienced AI chatbot flow developer (preferably with N8N, OpenAI API, WhatsApp Business API, and Airtable experience) to complete the second phase of our Master Agent project.
This is not a full build from scratch — the current WhatsApp bot already:
Classifies user intent (Sales, Support, Appointments)
Stores leads in Airtable
Schedules appointments using Google Calendar
Integrates a knowledge base for product answers
Tasks to be Completed in this Phase:
Train the AI to act more like a Customer Service Agent:
Greet users using our company name.
Respond more naturally and proactively.
Multimedia response by model name:
If a user asks about a model (e.g., “Model 087”), the AI should automatically send relevant photos, videos, or PDFs.
Alternatively, the AI should proactively offer media after the model is mentioned.
Structured Sales Qualification Flow:
After showing product media, the AI should ask: “Would you like me to ask a few quick questions to help you choose the right model?”
Then, guide the user through structured questions to understand their needs.
Appointment Offer (after recommendation):
Once the best product is recommended, the AI should offer to book a technical visit.
Appointment flow already exists — you may only need to connect the trigger to it.
Tools and Stack Already in Use:
WhatsApp Business API
N8N (low-code automation platform)
OpenAI GPT-based model
Airtable (for lead and appointment data)
Superbase (as chat memory base)
Google Calendar integration (already functional)
Zoho Mail (email notification pending)
Deliverables:
Functional WhatsApp AI flow as described.
Training of AI prompts and testing.
Ability to scale and hand off instructions to internal team.
Clear documentation (basic, for internal use).
Notes:
You’ll receive the current project structure and credentials (sandbox).
The first phase is fully working and documented via video.
We want to work long-term. This is just the next step.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience with OpenAI API and N8N
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and chatbot flows
Able to work fast, communicate clearly, and document well
Bonus if experienced with Airtable or Zoho integrations
