KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect and deploy automation systems using n8n, Airtable, GoHighLevel, Retell, and Twilio to streamline business operations.
Develop AI voice agents with a focus on prompt engineering and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure natural, context-aware interactions.
Integrate and manage APIs to connect disparate systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Manipulate and optimize JSON data structures for efficient automation workflows and data processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and refine existing automation systems for performance improvements, implementing updates to leverage emerging technologies.
Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and system architectures to ensure team-wide clarity and continuity.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for scripting and automation development.
Hands-on experience with n8n, Airtable, GoHighLevel, Retell, and Twilio for workflow automation and communication pipelines.
Advanced understanding of API integration (REST, GraphQL) and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).
Expertise in prompt engineering for AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude) and familiarity with MCP for context management.
Strong grasp of JSON/XML data handling and transformation.
Familiarity with AI voice agent frameworks, TTS/STT technologies, and conversational AI design principles.
