Tally Prime XML Integration

I need to wire Tally Prime directly into our in-house platform via the XML interface exposed on its ODBC port. The aim is three-fold:
• Extract complete financial-transaction data—sales, purchase, expense and tax vouchers—from multiple company books.
• Push new masters and vouchers back to Tally when they originate in our system.
• Keep both sides in sync in real time, not with batch jobs.

You may choose the language or stack you’re most comfortable with as long as the connector relies on Tally’s XML over ODBC (no screen scraping). I already have the connection credentials and can spin up a test company for you.

Acceptance will be straightforward:
1. A script or service that, when pointed to a company, streams the selected voucher types into a JSON or SQL structure of my choice.
2. A paired routine that posts a sample ledger master and a voucher from our side and shows up instantly inside Tally.
3. Logging and clear setup documentation so we can reproduce the integration on a new machine.
