Smartsheet: GET row values (Name, email) PUT to Target Smartsheet CONTACT_LIST column picklist

I need a script that will add all contacts (100+) listed in the source sheet and replace the Contact List column picklist on the target sheet. The Smartsheet Column object CONTACT_LIST type will accept an array of "contactOptions" consisting of "name" and "email."
I'll be using Integromat to schedule/run the custom API call.
