I require an interface that accesses real-time data from the CQC Open Gov Data API. The interface should cater to multiple use cases including:
- Monitoring and comparing service provider quality
- Conducting Research and analysis
- Disseminating information to the public
- Downloading API data as tables and / or spreadsheets
