Portal for German Pesticides Database
Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR
The german authority, which is responsible for the authorisation of plant protection products (short PPP) in Germany, publishs information on authorised PPP in Germany. The official BVL database (web-portal) is available here: https://apps2.bvl.bund.de/psm/ (German only).
The BVL makes plant protection product approval data available in a programming interface: REST API Version 1.0 based on Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), see here: https://psm-api.bvl.bund.de
We are looking for an own Webbased-portal, which allows our staff researchs in the German Pesticides Database via the new REST API.
The official webportal of the German Pesticides Database still allows researchs, but to a limited extend. There are still other services available, which allows further researchs in the German Pesticides Database. There is for example the client-software (for Windows) available which allows comparable researchs like below mentiponed: PAPI (https://www.saphirverlag.de/papi.html). A demo version can be downloaded and installed for free (German only). There is also the free webportal www.proplanta.de. See here: https://www.proplanta.de/Pflanzenschutzmittel/Standard-Suche/
This call for offers relates to the development and launching of a Webbased-portal, which allows researchs in the German Pesticides Database via the new REST API. The functions to be implemented are described in the attached document (Project-GPD-pdf).
Conditions:
- We ask for submission of fixed price offers, please.
- We need an invoice, please.
- Handling through a escrow service preferred.
- Transfer of copyright and exclusive right of use.
- Providing the well commented source code.
