Photoshop Retouch Panel Development -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a retouch panel for Photoshop based on my photo actions. The panel should be compatible with both Windows and Mac.

I made myself as a photographer and retoucher actions for retouching, brushes , LUTS and other tools that. I like to have in one Panel and resell for my clients.

I have a rough idea for the design and layout, but I'm open to suggestions and improvements.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Photoshop and its scripting - CCX FILES
- Experience with developing custom panels for Photoshop
- Strong design skills to refine and implement my ideas
- Ability to deliver a user-friendly and efficient workflow
