Parse Webhook with GZIP encoding in Power Automate

I am looking for a Power Automate expert to help me parse a webhook with GZIP encoding. The webhook will be coming from a Custom Web Application and I would like the output format to be JSON. After parsing the webhook, I would like the expert to trigger another webhook. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Expertise in Power Automate and working with webhooks
- Familiarity with GZIP encoding
- Knowledge of JSON output format
- Experience with triggering webhooks
