Office365 Word Plugin Automation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need an Office365 plugin, specifically for Word, to automate tasks using Acrobat Services API.
The UI is a tab or button in the Word Home ribbon.
The plugin should:
- Submit the current document to Acrobat Services API
- Convert to PDF
- Protect PDF (with Encrypt settings: allow opening and high res printing, no changes or edits)
- Perform some trivial steps prior to submission: check if doc is signed, if not STOP and ask user "document not signed - continue ?" Y/N, update all fields, mark as final, save
- allow mechanism for our IT admin to maintain API keys and encryption keys, without coding
Ideal skills and experience:
- Office365 plugin development expertise
- Familiarity with Acrobat Services API
- Strong understanding of Word automation
- Experience in API integration and document processing
Looking for a developer who can streamline this process efficiently.
We are offering successful developer a license to exploit the resulting plugin in Microsoft's plugin store. Perhaps revenue share for a period, or number of sales, then IP transfers to developer. Subject to negotiation.
