Need developer for web App development

Development of a web app to upload word/pdf files, view-in-app, assign to sections and reformat to specific formats and export into defined folders/files. XML index file system for navigation. User interface to enable file selection, assignment and format selection. Specifically backend development needed with API's for integrating with UIs. This project is for a initial pilot App with key features such as upload, Assign, preview and reorder, save/load locally, completeness check and export. Pilot App completion timeline in 4 weeks with standard freelance contract, fixed price and full transfer of source code and owenership.



Frontend: React.js or Vue.js

Backend: Node.js or Python

File Handling: Browser File API

Export Engine: PDFKit, Docx.js or ReportLab for file compilation.
