Membership card - wallet pkpass file

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a .pkpass file for a membership card. While I have a specific design that should be followed. The wallet pass require a QR code scanning. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating wallet passes and be able to work with my branding guidelines to create a visually appealing and functional .pkpass file.
