MERN Stack developer to convert excel file to JSON and extract City, country name to be used in React Web SignUp Input field

I am seeking a MERN stack developer to help me with a specific part of my React project.

I have an Excel file in the XLSX format which I need to be converted into a JSON format. From this JSON data, I'd like the city and country names to be extracted and then integrated into a React web sign-up form.

The primary tasks of the project include:
- Converting an Excel file (XLSX format) to JSON
- Extracting and Integrating city and country names into the React sign-up form
- The city and country names should be suggested in the input field as a dropdown list while users type

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in the MERN stack
- Experience in working with Excel files and converting them to JSON
- Strong understanding of React and the ability to integrate data into form fields
- Familiarity with implementing suggestions and dropdown lists in React
