Laravel API Integration for Messaging

I'm looking for an experienced Laravel developer who can create client and server code to interact with an existing service provider's API. The primary goal of this project is to handle message submission and reception.

Key Project Aspects:
- API Interaction: Full API documentation will be provided.
- Message Types: The API will specifically handle JSON data messages.
- Authentication: The API requires an API Key for authentication.
