Kipu EMR Template Compliance Update

I need an experienced Kipu EMR configurator to tune-up a set of existing clinical templates and build several new ones so they satisfy my state’s behavioral-health documentation rules. I already have draft templates in place, but they need polishing and proper smart-field mapping to pull client data from an initial JSON intake record.

Here is what I’m aiming to deliver back to my clinical team:

• ASAM forms
• Person-Centered Plans
• Biopsychosocial Assessments
• Enhanced Crisis & Intervention Plans

For each template, I’ll provide the current version, the state’s checklist, and sample JSON payloads. Your job is to:

– Correct or add smart fields, drop-downs, signatures, and date logic so data flows automatically.
– Make sure every section matches the latest regulatory language, mandatory prompts, and time-stamping rules.
– Return fully tested .kit files (or the format Kipu currently accepts) that import cleanly and render without errors.

I come from an IT background, so I’ll be able to give quick technical feedback and clear acceptance criteria; I just don’t have the bandwidth to dive into Kipu’s template designer myself right now. If you’ve already wrestled with Kipu’s back-end or similar EMRs, this should be a straightforward project.
