JSON-RPC Connector between two websites

I am looking for a Python developer to create a JSON-RPC connector between two websites. One websites application uses the popular Postman API, the other site has its own JSON API service.
I'd like the application to be written in Python as that's a language i'm most familiar with.
I do not require any specific libraries or frameworks for this project.

This program/connector will be run every 15 minutes to retrieve new data from one website, and import it into the other. You will have to develop the calls to retrieve the specific data i will detail to you, and then translate that data into the format and fields required in order to post to the second website

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in building JSON-RPC connectors
- Familiarity with web development and API integration
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
