JSON to Data Frame – R Script

I need an R script that will transform JSON data into a single, clean R data frame.
Attached are two files. The .txt file contains data in JSON. The Excel file has two tabs: "Desired Data Frame" is what I would like the .txt file transformed into, and the "Data Structure, Relationship" is an Excel Pivot illustrating the relationship between all of the fields, based on a sample from the top of the .txt JSON file.
