Fully furnished apartments Wordpress integration with Beds24 JSON API

We run a fully furnished apartments company that rents out 1,2 3- and 4-bedroom apartments to short-term (days/weeks) and long-term (months) leisure and business travellers.
Beds24 is the property management system we use to manage bookings.
The task is to create a website on wordpress using the Homey template (gethomey.io), I have bought the template already, to build a beautiful frontend website that shows off our properties and allows guests to book. All property content such as property features, photos, descriptions and room rates, availability are fetched from Beds24 JSON API (https://www.beds24.com/api/).
An idea of website structure / site map is included in the attached pdf.
The website will need to:
1. Retrieve pricing (daily rates, monthly rates, etc), minimum nights allowed to be booked, and availability of apartments (is it booked or vacant) from Beds24
2. Retrieve property content into a wordpress cache - photos of properties, text describing the property, features of the properties from Beds24. This could be updated with a 1-click one-way sync from Beds24 (so it doesn't need to do it on every page execution).
3. Collect guest registration details with a form on booking
4. Send new booking information back into Beds24
5. Redirect to a third party payment processor link to collect payment
