Flow chart for deploying new Datadog dashboard -- 2

Need to build high-level flow chart for implementing a new dashboard in datadog when code is updated in Github

1.) pipeline by a commit to github
2.) Github upload one dashboard for every commit
3.) use github action to update dashboard
