Easiest JSON project you'll ever see

I have a web automation someone designed for me that utilizes a JSON file. I have a correct version of the JSON file that my developer made for me (Sample 1), and an incorrect version of a JSON file (Sample 2) that I'm trying to re-create. I'm trying to have Sample 2 look identical to Sample 1, but you can see the results I get when I save it (notice the orange markings) I can't seem to create the JSON file correctly. I want to use the numbers contained in the attached Excel file to look like the Sample 1 JSON file. That's the format it must be in. Every time I save the JSON file, I get Sample 2, which is incorrect.

For someone who knows JSON this has to be an extremely easy fix. I can't seem to figure it out.
