Create JSON file with PNG images based on Excel file

I need create 2 JSON files with image attachments based on data from the customer provided in Excel file:
1. Definition of LED spots schemas
Description in the LED* attachments.
For each JSON node inside, you should generate image according to the attached schema.
2. Definition of colors
Description in the color* attachments.
For each JSON node inside, you should generate image according to the attached schema.
Expected final result:
1. Delivered 2 json files according to the schema
2. Delivering generated png files (each LED/color in separate folders)
3. Source code
Way of working:
1. Start a project
2. Generate sample JSON and images for 2 items from Color and LED to confirm if we have common understanding. I will confirm solution.
3. Generate json and images for all items
4. Deliver result
5. Release milestone
6. Delivering sourcecode
