Connect Smiirl counter to Google Ads

Hello,
I need a developer that understands both Smiirl and Google Ads and can write JSON.
I would like to connect a Custom Counter Smiirl to Google Ads in order to display the total number of conversions of all the sub-accounts in our Manager account. Whenever there is a conversions, the counter has to do a +1. The counter needs to be set to 0 on the first of every month.
To do so the Counter needs to do a request to an endpoint (via HTTP/HTTPS). The output has to be on a JSON format and respect the following syntax {“number” :1200}.
Can anyone help me?
