Automation Expert Needed for APIs plus n8n and Make.com

We’re a fast-moving startup building our entire operation on n8n, Make.com, Airtable, Pinecone, GoHighLevel, and a handful of other puzzle pieces. We use API documentation from various platforms to expand our capability... expanding the power of the no-code platforms.
Our big goal? Stay agile and ready to pivot at a moment’s notice—without the headache of clunky processes slowing us down.
Here’s the scoop:
• Part-time and Project based to start: We’ll keep your plate full refining and building new n8n & Make.com workflows, tweaking API integrations, and making sure Airtable plays nicely with Pinecone.
• Growth on the horizon: We’re small and our budget is tight, but as we scale, so does this position—likely morphing into a full-time gig sooner than you’d expect.
• Fully remote: Work from anywhere (pajamas, beach chair, you name it).
• Access to top-tier training: We’ve got resources that cost a pretty penny, and we’ll hand them to you so you can sharpen your skills.
What you’ll do:
• Fine-tune existing automations so our systems stay sleek, efficient, and ready to adapt—no matter how fast we shift gears.
• Dream up and implement new ways to connect the dots between Make.com, Airtable, and Pinecone.
• Continuously optimize. When something’s not perfect, you fix it. When something can be smoother, you make it happen.
What we’re looking for:
• Real-deal experience in n8n, Make.com, APIs, Airtable, and Pinecone.
• Experience with API documentation
• Samples or a quick breakdown of projects where you’ve tackled automations from scratch (or turned messy processes into streamlined workflows).
• Solid communication: We move fast, so we need someone who can keep up, share ideas, and solve problems without a bunch of back-and-forth.
